I particularly like the notion of “working out loud“.. which Stepper draws from Bryce Williams post

“Working out loud = Narrating your work + Observable work” 

This is a challenge which faces most of the organisations I have worked with in the last 20 years… and it faces our small team all working within a few meters of each other.
