Position: LAMP / PHP Web Developer

ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience with a broad range of business sectors, including Financial Services projects. Due to the increasing number of projects, we are now recruiting a PHP Web Developer / UI Developer with project management skills to join our growing team.
You will have the opportunity to wear other “hats” if you choose, including: Business Analytics, planning and writing functional specifications, with some client liaison (if this is an interest to you).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The diverse project work involves: PHP coding, Database design, Testing and QA
• Development for Open Source systems – especially WordPress and Joomla!
• Project management – delivering work on-time and on-budget
• Scoping, developing and programming technical solutions for clients
• Ability to shape the job to your career goals
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
• The chosen candidate will have previous experience as a PHP Web Developer with excellent knowledge of: OOP PHP 5
• In-depth knowledge of LAMP-based environments
• Experience in Javascript, JQuery, AJAX
• Fluency in HTML5 / CSS3
• CMS Integration, WordPress / Joomla
• Knowledge of Photoshop and responsive design
• Candidates must be free to work and live in the UK
You may have experience of the following: PHP Web developer, Front End Producer, User Interface, Web Master, LAMP Developer, User Experience, Project Manager, Software Engineer, UI Developer, CMS, Perl, Linux, Customer Journey, Wireframes, Front End Developer, JavaScript etc.
