Exciting news from TPG Design! Wayne, who joined us as Apprentice two years ago, has won Best Development Apprentice of Year. We’re very proud of Wayne and he is a worthy winner.

Working with TPG Design is and has been an amazing first experience in the IT/Web industry for me. I have gained a vast amount knowledge that will help me grow and develop my career, it is invaluable as a life experience. For me, it is great to see the progress I have made right from the start to today and how I am continuing to learn each day.
When I heard that I was put forward for the award I was interested but I didn’t think anything would come of it. So I was so surprised to hear that I was shortlisted for the apprenticeship award, but to win the award was a real achievement… It’s an amazing feeling when you feel rewarded for the hard work that you have put in.
I would like to thank everyone from TPG Design for putting me forward for the award along with the continued support and help I have received being here.
